The BE ME Project

The Be Me Project is a 1 day, stand-alone health & well-being program for students in Years 5 -10 with a focus on media literacy and addressing positive identity and mental health. This program can also be run over 3 x 2 hour sessions.

The Be Me Project's aims:

  • To address issues of positive identity and mental health through the exploration of societal stereotypes and the way we view ourselves and our bodies

  • To provide an opportunity for students to understand themselves from an inner perspective rather than outer influences

  • To provide an opportunity for students to present their findings to support other students

To know how to truly be yourself is the most solid life foundation you could ever want

Time commitment: 1 x full-day workshop or 3 x 2-hour sessions

Audience: Grade 5 - Year 10 students

Number of students: Up to 30
